ugh why is Weitz considered some sort of auteur – especially after American Dreamz, Vampire’s Assistant, Being Fynn and worst of all, Baby Fockers or whatever the heck it was called. This just looks like an extended episode of 30 Rock. Pass
Jean Korelitz is a wonderful and overlooked writer. Glad to see this out there. Perhaps some of her other novels will get some well-deserved attention?
Please everyone just stop reading the comments. They’re full of idiots, myself included. Just please decide things on your own. In fact, stop reading this sentence. The next sentence will be gibberish. Water house america voldemort the jetsons capitalism.
I want to option your “Water house america voldemort the jetsons capitalism” high concept pitch. It would be great for Michael or James. Maybe Brett too.
What if we just wanted to complement them for putting out another/better trailer than the orignal one. It looks good.
where da fuck is michael sheen?
this is the second trailer and he doesn’t appear!
This seems so completely diferent from the book. Which was pretty sad. Why the heck do they always have to tell so much of the story in the trailer?
This is a comedy?
Nah, it’s a comedic drama. Dunno why they selling it like a comedy?
