Looks great. Of course, all the intellectual elite will attack it for being by the numbers and cookie cutter, but the pair are such polar opposites it actually works and will most likely find an audience. For a woman flirting with the big five oh, Sandra Bullock looks amazingly hot. Sold.
Can you not say that you like the trailer without attacking a group of people for no reason? That’s one of the things that’s wrong with society. “Gotta get my shot in at someone!”.
I was attacking the intellectual elite. What has that to do with you?
Nice, looks like Bullock and McCarthy make a great team.
Just in time, too. I’m getting sick of Nick Fury & Catwoman already.
Jackson Healy, I loved the Samuel L Jackson & Anne Hathaway Funny or Die Video. Not only was it hilarious, but they also have good and believable chemistry-more than these ladies. I could actually see Jackson & Hathaway starring in a film together.
I’m already sick of Molly.
That was pretty awesome I mean awful. It’s dreck. They are both playing cliched stereotypes and it’s stupid. Why not make a smart comedy? Oh that’s right those are hard to do it’s easy to spoof buddy cop movies with two women who are such total opposites it’s so funny you just have to laugh. But it will make money and that’s all that matters.
Ick.
Are you people serious? You think this looks good??!? There was not a single laugh in that trailer. And McCarthy? Your schtick is old already. Your 15 minutes are up. Please disappear.
So disappointing.
Sandra is playing the same character she always plays in a comedy pretty much and Melissa is now typed casted. I hate it. Melissa is so funny and talented and this is the crap she is given.
Won’t be watching this one.
I really am tired of seeing police break the law in movies and people thinking it’s OK (and funny). Is hanging a suspect by his ankles from a fire escape funny and dropping him even funnier? How about throwing a phone book at another? Yeah. Hilarious. Yay, let’s all glamorize police brutality. Especially against minorities…
I wasn’t sure I agreed with you until you mentioned “minorities”, and then I was like “YEAH! That is so true, the plight of minorities really brings this home to me. I’ll bet he means black people.” Great point.
Okay, now it looks funny.
I have seen this. very very funny movie. I thought it was better than identity thief, but that was pretty decent also
Well it is a bit rehashed but I still laughed. Loved the spanx bit.
oh gee wow. Can you count the number of times they said the F word? What an imaginative screenplay. Aim high, Hollywood.
How come no fabulously talented Marlon Wayans in the trailer??
Did they cut him out so as not to threaten his deeply jealous
brother Keenen?
I was so excited about it after the first trailer, but not now. Why pursue an R? Is it more edgy? I thought Pitch Perfect was one of the best comedies (if not the best) this year. Mostly, this was due to the lack of crassness and profanity. Why would I want to hear the f word ten times in a two minute trailer. It’s lazy writing.
