The Voice judge and rocker will make his hosting debut on Saturday Night Live on January 26, with musical guest rapper Kendrick Lamar. Adam Levine is no stranger to the NBC sketch show, as his band Maroon 5 has appeared numerous times. Jennifer Lawrence and The Lumineers kick off SNL‘s return to new episodes January 19, with her turn coming smack in the middle of awards season, where her Silver Linings Playbook is a contender in several categories.

hello, my name is bob, and i am a victim of excruciating NBC cross-promotion.
I would rather watch a live feed from a nail salon than watch a idiot singer from a pop band try to make funny.
I have vowed to boycott SNL since SNL allowed Jamie Foxx to crap all over their stage with his appalling opening monologue. I don’t care who’s hosting or performing, never again will I watch SNL.
Another singer trying to increase his fame by cross platforming to acting. Weren’t there any real actors available to host….Levine is probably trying to be a next Timberlake by making the cross over to acting through SNL skits….I dont see him being very funny at all.
That is not a compliment, because Justin Timberlake has turned out to be a mediocre actor- ” In Time ” and ” Friends With Benefits” proved this. That is why Timberlake is currently recording a new CD.
Wow! Y’all are bitchy.
