The return of ABC‘s revamped Body Of Proof has been delayed by two weeks. Originally scheduled for February 5, the third season premiere of the crime procedural will now air on February 19. President Barack Obama’s State Of The Union will be televised on February 12, and ABC brass wanted to avoid introducing Body Of Proof 2.0 and then having to pre-empt it the very next week. As part of the show’s makeover, regulars Nicholas Bishop, John Carroll Lynch and Sonja Sohn were let go, while Elyes Gabel and Mark Valley were brought in as detectives. Behind the scenes, Evan Katz joined as executive producer.

Go Evan!
Valley’s a talented guy, sad to see him wasting his time on this dreck.
Body of Proof is one of the shows you can leave Grandma in front of while you and your friends burn down the house. It’s old people crack.
Wishing Dana Delany and Jeri Ryan good luck on the revamp!
Since when has ABC ever cared about pissing off viewers by pre-empting their shows or taking them off the air for weeks/months at a time during a season? Considering this is likely the final season, I suppose I should be grateful that they’re bothering to air it without incessant pre-emptions. Once this show is off the air, that’s the last ABC series I’m going to watch as I’m tired of their blatant disregard for viewers.
One of the most ignorant rants about a television show I’ve ever read. Congrats. Who’s holding the gun to your head and forcing you to watch the show? Thanks for revealing yourself to be a bigger fool than that moron that calls himself, bodyaloof, just above you. It’s an amaZing forensic science procedual each and every week and getting rid of some of the show killing actors was a phenomenal move. I just hope they brought in phenomenal replacements to make the show better, much like the successful makeover of Last Man Standing, the improved Friday night sitcom on ABC. With DWTS going back in front of it in March, ABC should see its Tuesday’s perform much stronger.
Body of Proof is one of televisions quality programing. Its nice to see someone cares about entertaining and educating the public with its stories and subject matter. They go for accuracy in the forensic parts of the show and that’s rare while entertaining at the same time. It’s really a shame, there aren’t more shows with the quality of this one. Reality TV sucks ,and entertains by humiliation. The public deserves better , and this is one show, thats makes me feel I haven.t wasted my money on buying a nice TV.
