CBS’ The Talk may have just sealed its fourth season renewal. The daytime talk show, which had been on a ratings upswing this fall, delivered its largest weekly audience ever last week, 2.49 million viewers, up 10% from the same week last year. In female demographics, The Talk averaged 0.8/05 in women 18-49, its best rating since the week ending Sept. 28, and a 1.1/6 in women 25-54. In the two demos, The Talk matched rival The View for the first time this season with a full week of regularly scheduled broadcasts.

Simply AWSOME
Guess cancelling those dumb, worn-out soap operas was a good idea after all.
You amuse me with your negative obsession with soap operas, Miffy. Did one punch you as a child?
The Talk is much preferable to The View with its obvious infighting. A coffee talk show should be fun, casual and good natured – minus the political rants of any individual (coughelisabethcough).
Loved the interview with Jonny Lee Miller. The Talk can have him back anytime.
MEH.
Well that’s good news. Watching The View is PAINFUL. At least the girls on The Talk don’t take themselves so seriously. They talk about dumb things sometimes, but I definitely think it’s the more entertaining show.
LOVE the show! Got to be there in the audience on Friday, February 1st, in New Orleans. WHAT fun! Those hostesses are fantastic.
Sheryl is absolutely the funniest women on television. It is about time that she gets some recognition on tv other than being a stand up comic. She looks beautiful.
