Veteran producer Glenn Stickley (The Amazing Race) has joined Core Media Group, the umbrella company whose portfolio includes reality series American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, as SVP TV Production, while former FremantleMedia exec Jenny Ramirez has been hired as VP Development and Production. Both will report to Jennifer O’Connell, head of Core’s U.S. Television Division. Under President Marc Graboff, Core has been expanding its production capabilities through deals with independent producers, including acquiring Sharp Entertainment.

Emmy winner Stickley, most recently VP Production at reality producer 2 Roosters Media, will oversee all production at Core, from in-house development to series. He will also supervise the expansion of Core’s production facility and advise various divisions including 19 Entertainment and the digital team. Ramirez will help manage Core’s producer deals, generate new ideas for in-house development and work on sold projects. She will also help manage Core’s relationships with networks. At FremantleMedia, Ramirez developed non-scripted projects as Director of Development.
