The latest from Joel and Ethan Coen stars Oscar Isaac as a singer-songwriter looking for a break in the 1960s Greenwich Village folk scene. It has yet to land at a distributor. The first Inside Llewyn Davis trailer arrived via an invitation to the film’s debut screening next month hosted by Nonesuch Records and T-Bone Burnett, who re-teams with the Coens on the music for Llewyn after earning five Grammys for his work on the duo’s O Brother Where Art Thou? Carey Mulligan reunites with Drive co-star Isaac in the film, which also stars John Goodman, Garrett Hedlund, Justin Timberlake, F. Murray Abraham, and Adam Driver and Alex Karpovsky of HBO’s Girls.

See this, kids? This is what brilliance looks like.
I can’t wait to see Carey Mulligan in this.
I’m sorry, but who names these movies. The titles coming out of Sundance are ridiculous and now the 2013 releases are ridiculously titled.
“…yet to land a distributor”
Well, this sure as hell should get their attention. Can’t wait.
It amazes me that ANY movie by the Coen Brothers has “yet to land a distributor.” Maybe they’d have a better chance if the star wore spandex.
Can I just say that I hope this is the movie to make Oscar Isaac a star. He’s a hard working supporting actor who happens to be Latino and would open doors for that community. Hopefully our studio picks this up.
I saw it and it’s AMAZING!
It’s hard to believe that the Coens could get any better as filmmakers, but this is one of my favorite Coen films.
Oscar Isaac is incredible and what a pleasure to see the perfect casting choice rather than hiring whoever means the most overseas or has the highest imdb rating! (Maybe that’s why there’s no distributor yet?)
Obviously the best picture of 2013
Really? This looks like a snoozeest, too hip for the room. ‘Yet to land a distributor yet’ may be for good reason….
looks wonderful. i didn’t know oscar issac was latino? He made such an strong impression in a film with Ryan Gosling a year or two ago. Can’t wait for this….
This looks incredible and it’s about time Oscar Isaac get’s that starring role. I can’t WAIT to see him opposite Jason Clarke in Bill Monahan’s Mojave.
The virility of that man’s beard is incontestable.
Oscar Isaac is incredibly talented as a musician. I am excited to see him in this element. Very well suited. Can’t wait.
