Who thought putting Morgan Freeman in silly sunglasses was a good idea?
Hmmm….are we kind of sick of seeing Cruise in these Last days on earth type movies? And his super-hero saving the world is getting really really old. I enjoy his movies, but I won’t go see another zombie- alien-apocalypse- saving the world movie by anyone. There’s nothing new.
Then why are you here? We certainly don’t need your pathetic observation. For sure, I’ll enjoy watching this movie.
Well, for me, I’m either going to this or “After Earth”, the identical version of this flick but with Will Smith’s kid.
Actually, upon further reflection, I’ll skip both.
Looks good, can’t wait
This looks much better than the Will Smith clone. Looking forward to it.
I agree
I am a huge fan of Cruise movies (How can you not be? Magnolia, Eyes Wide Shut, Jerry Maguire, Minority Report, Collateral, Vanilla Sky, etc…) but with regards to action/blockbuster/save the world pics, yes they certainly will become more silly as Cruise ages. He is really starting to look ‘older’ in Jack Reacher and MI4, and I’d like to see more diversity in his upcoming fare.
I wish I look that good when I am 50. Heck, I don’t look that good and I am 19.
No more end of earth. Cliche already. Earth is here to stay.
Actually, Earth will be uninhabitable by 2050.
The trailer gave away every twist in this movie. No need to see it now.
Plus, Cruise’s movie choices are so predictable and boring now. How about doing something unexpected? The cameo in Tropic Thunder got many fans excited. He then went right back to the same old crap.
