Actor-comedian Moshe Kasher has been cast opposite Rob Corddry and Mason Cook in ABC’s comedy pilot Spy, about Tim (Corddry), a well-intentioned father of a highly intelligent and verbal son (Cook) who inadvertently takes a job at the Secret Service in order to prove himself a worthy father. Kasher, repped by 3 Arts and WME, will play Tim’s co-worker Chris. He is currently writing on The New Normal.
Malcolm In The Middle alum Chris Masterson co-stars opposite Jeffery Tambor in Amazon Studios’ comedy pilot, The Onion Presents: The News, a fast-paced scripted comedy set behind the scenes of The Onion News Network. Masterson plays rookie reporter Scott West, who joins the team full of hope and idealism but quickly learns from the demented ONN ensemble that the world of network news is more about selling soda and sunscreen and kidnapping cute white girls to get ratings, than uncovering actual news.
Grey Damon has joined the CW’s drama pilot Oxygen, which centers on Emery (Aimee Teegarden), a teen girl who falls in love with an alien boy, one of nine of his kind integrated into a suburban high school. Damon plays Grayson, who has a crush on Emery.

Mini Friday Night Lights reunion on Oxygen now haha
Hastings and Julie Taylor!
I’m really excited about “Oxygen”! (though they have to change the title LOL). first Aimee Teegarden, then Malese Jow and now Grey Damon, great casting! I hope the pilot will be good and gets picked up for series along with The Vampire Diaries spin-off project “The Originals”.
I’m going to be really disappointed if Oxygen doesn’t get picked up. The cast is shaping up nicely and I’m longing for a teen/alien drama. It’s been too long since Roswell.
This is most CW-esque pilot of the bunch besides The Originals so I’d be shocked if they passed on it. Plus, the CW seems deadset on making Aimee Teegarden and Malese Jow happen. Both had pilots for the network last year as well.
I completely forgot Grey Damon was in FNL. I don’t recall he and Aimee sharing scenes though.
Moshe is a rising star. Really excited to see how this project turns out!
