Lars Von Trier‘s hot market title Nymphomaniac has notched two more distributors on its bedpost here in Berlin. Canada’s Mongrel Media and Hungary’s Vertigo have now come on board the story of a nymphomaniac who recounts her
sordid life to a stranger after he saves her from a beating. Earlier this week, Magnolia Pictures acquired U.S. rights to the film. Other notable pre-sales here include Australia/NZ (Transmission), France (Les Films du Losange), UK/Ireland (Artificial Eye), Germany/Austria (Concorde), CIS (Central Partnership), Brazil (California Films) and Hong Kong (Parkway Management). Von Trier regulars Charlotte Gainsbourg and Stellan Skarsgård star along with Shia LaBeouf, Jamie Bell, Christian Slater, Uma Thurman, Willem Dafoe, Connie Nielsen and others.

Yes!
What is the constant infatuation, both in reality and film, with black guys and white women? Do the white guys and black women feel slighted?
What the fuck are you talking about?
What the hell are you talking about?
We do…

Considering that it’s white males who write, direct, fund and distribute this material I think it’s safe to say white males are the ones who are “infatuated,” and that they don’t feel “slighted” at all. So your question has no meaning.
As for black women? well, there’s clearly a “desirability gap,” but perhaps we’ll see white women decide to take an inordinate interest in black female sexuality as white males have in black male sexuality.
Are you some insecure black woman or white male with some color-complex who gets their nose bent out of shape any time a depiction of a black-male/white-female romance is shown?
Because I don’t recall you getting worked up over Monsters’ Ball, Lakeview Terrace, Something New or Scandal.
Two words: Sex sells.
I think ebony and ivory make a nice visual contrast on the screen. But when I see this picture, instantly what comes to mind is: why only two? This is Lars Von Trier. There should be at least five cocks in that room.
Is he losing his touch?
They keep COMING! Hilarious!
