Meh. Show is veering towards drama over skill, no matter what Colicchio tries to say. The focus on skill is what made it stand out from the usual reality fare, so that change is losing me as a viewer.

Agree, they lost me after they sent Kristen packing. Even if she can win through Last Chance Kitchen – doesn’t matter. I’m done. That was a ridiculous cut. No way Josie should have lasted longer than her. It should not be based soley on the last dished cooked – that would be more like Chopped on Food Network. How does one dish prove you are a top chef? With this approach you could skate through in the middle and have one fabulous dish at the end and win the whole thing! I’m done with this show.
