On today’s Good Morning America telecast, George Stephanopoulos announced that his co-anchor Robin Roberts will be back on the air February 20, with her return and the countdown to it happening during the current February sweep. She will resume duties part-time, gradually expanding to hosting the show five days a week. Roberts left GMA for a bone marrow transplant August 31. She began dry runs on the set two weeks ago. Here is GMA‘s video, which includes a promo with celebrities welcoming Roberts back.

This is turning into a disgusting maudlin media circus. GMA is now the worst morning show it’s unwatchable it’s always a party instead of a morning news show. It’s sickening how sugary sweet they are trying to make this. CBS has the best morning show they do actual news reporting.
Love Robin. But, I wish she would put her health first. Give her body a chance to rest.
