EXCLUSIVE: Sean Bean has been set by Warner Bros for a starring role in Jupiter Ascending, which Lana and Andy Wachowski will direct as their next film. Bean will play Stinger, a Han Solo-type character written older than co-star Channing Tatum. He joins Eddie Redmayne, Tatum and Mila Kunis. Bean is represented by CAA and Independent Talent in the UK and attorneys Marcy Morris and Karl Austen.
I still haven’t gotten over Bean getting killed in HBO’s Game Of Thrones, but he has been working steadily, including Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters. This should be a high-profile gig for him. We can all just hope that this will be that rare movie where Bean’s character lives to the end credits.

Now hold on there; sure their output is uneven but they also do something revolutionary each time out. They may not always hit it out of the park but they are always original.
uneven, yes. Their first two movies were great. and since then they’ve made a lot of very expensive flops. ranging from so-so, to totally terrible and incomprehensible. Cloud Atlas, their best work since matrix, is a divider at best — and lost a fortune.
If I had stock in Warner Brothers, i would sure be questioning giving them another 100+ million dollar budget. Ones are VERY high, close to 100%, that they will NOT see a return on the investment.

You guys do know that Sean Bean dies in the end of EVERY movie he is in. There is even a great youtube video dedicated to his awesome death scenes. So you are 100 % guaranteed that he will die at the end of this film.
