  • This imagery, behavior and language coming out of these girls mouths should be a horrific embarassment to the Studio, Director, Financiers and the actors who participated.

    This will further fuel how digustingly disrepectful young people are and exemplifies how are Country has become one big sewer.

• Franco’s Riff Raff impersonation is pretty funny. Having met the real rapper the performance is based off of I can tell you it’s a pretty accurate portrayal.

  Definitely excited to see SB, looks pretty edgy. Probably will be darker than the teenie bopper audience that is going to flock to it too, which will be fun to see the reaction…

• This movie is totally batsh*t crazy and unique. Some will love it and others will hate it, because they will not get Harmony Korine style. You come out thinking, WTF did I just watch but genius and deserves to become a classic.

  However, at least watch it once to have your own opinion. Franco gives an Oscar winning performance no matter what and the character of Alien is based off rapper called Dangeruss according to Franco not Riff Raff. Maybe, people should listen to Franco instead of Riff Raff since he played the part?

  It’s funny, I thought of Drexl Spivey for a moment too but Alien takes it to another level, it’s just insane what Franco did. I would love to put Drexl and Alien in a movie together that would be just mind-blowing.

  • Not based on Riff Raff?! Oh please… Harmony has a bunch of promo photos with that guy and all you need to do is take one look at how they did the makeup for Franco. If you do you’ll see it is VERY MUCH supposed to be that dude.

    • Harmony Korine mentioned that under Youtube’s Spring Breakers Press Conference Festival 2012 that the character or look of Alien was not based off Riff Raff, as well as Franco confirming this himself.

      Riff Raff as a friend of Korine, was suppose to be part of Alien’s posse but events happened that it was not possible, so it went to Dangeruss instead.

      The photo’s of Riff Raff with Korine and makeup look mean nothing as people have stated that Franco might resemble Drexl Spivey, K-Fed, Sean Paul, Lil Wayne or other movie stars who have had the cornrow look like Edward Norton, Adrien Brody and Jared Leto.

      Again, you said it yourself, you have seen photo’s of Riff Raff with Korine but the key facts are NO ONE from Spring Breakers has actually spoken A WORD backing Riff Raff, if it’s true why did Korine say NO at the conference and other magazine publications.

      Plus, see Youtube video called Riff Raff Talks “Spring Breakers,” Negates Gucci Mane, which confirms the character and look has nothing to do with Riff Raff.

      I’m going to trust the actor Franco who has been around for many many years, than some bad rapper, who’s been on the seen for 5 minutes. Even Gucci Mane stated Riff Raff was lying and he should know better as he was actually part of this movie.

      Whatever, Franco did to play this part, it’s simply legendary and the character is unique. Let’s hope he’s rewarded for it in the end, because his performance shouldn’t be missed.

• Always thought Korine made his stuff so hyper-fucked up that they were supposed to be taken as cautionary tales. Think the dude gives you more layers than everyone is picking up. But idk maybe this is poisoning the same youth who tune into the new revival of The Swan series
