Elizabeth Marvel has been cast as the adult lead in in the CW’s pilot Blink, a quirky, humorous family drama narrated by a father, Greg (John Benjamin Hickey), who is in a coma-like state following a car accident where he cannot speak or move but can see and hear all. Marvel, repped by Gersh and Authentic, plays Greg’s wife Helen Trask, a strong-willed psychotherapist whose life and marriage were abruptly disrupted by her husband’s accident.

My Wife And Kids alumna Brooklyn Sudano has been added to ABC‘s Romeo & Juliet-esque pilot Westside. It focuses on two rival families, the Nances and the Carvers, and a forbidden and dangerous romance emerging between their offspring Sophie Nance (Odette Annable) and Chris Carver (Luke Bracey) as the families battle for control of Venice. Sudano, daughter of Donna Summer and Bruce Sudano, plays Chris’ girlfriend Jess, who has been waiting six years to be reunited with him after he is released from prison, only to learn that he is now seeing the daughter of his family’s chief rival. She is with APA and Greenlight Management.
