EXCLUSIVE: Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights‘ QB Matt Saracen) has been set to star with Allison Miller in Devil’s Due, the 20th Century Fox thriller that begins shooting next week in the Dominican Republic and New Orleans. John Davis is producing, and the film will be directed by Radio Silence (Tyler Gillett, Chad Villella, Matt Dettinelli-Olpin and Justin Martinez.) Those guys directed the last segment in V/H/S. Lindsay Devlin wrote the script. This one also has a found footage element to it. Gilford is repped by WME and Circle of Confusion.

He’s a dead ringer for Daniel Bryan.
YES! YES! YES!
They make a great couple! Excited to see this — the last segment of VHS was absolutely terrifying.
Go Lindsay Devlin!! Woohoo!!!!
VHS sucked and it has the dismal box office totals to prove it.
we were laughing through most all of it.
I liked only the last segment of V/H/S , but I couldn’t figure out why it took 4 people to direct a 15 minute segment. I have seen much of their youtube stuff, and hopefully they hire a more diverse cast then their previous projects.
Well if you only liked their segment – NOT the segments directed by one person – then maybe these 4 have something special when they work as a team? I hope this film is every bit as scary and “real” feeling as their VHS segment, which was indeed terrifying and great! and so far I’m liking the casting of this movie…
