Malcolm In The Middle alumna Jane Kaczmarek is returning to Fox with a lead role in another single-camera family comedy, pilot Friends & Family from writer David Rosen, Sony TV and BBC Worldwide Prods. Based on the UK series Gavin & Stacey, Friends & Family focuses on the key life moments for Gavin (Jason Ritter) and Stacey (Alexis Bledel), who try to maintain their relationship while combining their polarizing families’ lives. Kaczmarek, ICM Partners and Greenlight Management, plays Pam, Gavin’s overbearing Upper West Side mom who has zero verbal filter and little volume control.

Twilight Breaking Dawn 2 co-star Angela Sarafyan has been cast in NBC‘s drama pilot I Am Victor. Written by Mark Goffman, it centers on Victor Port (Stamos), a high-powered divorce attorney with a unique view of relationships. Sarafyan, repped by Innovative Artists and Evolution Entertainment, will play Cucumber, Victor’s sassy secretary. She will next be seen in James Grey’s Nightengale and Paranoia.
