First sentence, “Meh.” Second sentence, same. Third sentence, “Oh, they’re providing a platform for the one person on ‘Attack of the Show’ who actually knew anything whatsoever about comics and had really interesting opinions and reviews?”
Sold and sold.
Sometimes it seems to me like everybody in the world is copying Vince McMahon. If Disney brings back the XFL, all the teams could have really cool famous mascots…
The big problem here is that much of Marvel’s overworked talent roster, their biggest writers, artists and editors, resemble middle aged cave trolls and are some of the least charismatic people on earth. It’s creepy watching fat, bald middle aged men loke Jeph Loeb and Brian Bendis go on and on with phematic delight about the latest Spiderman or XMen adventure.
let’s hire all young and attractive writers and see how good the product is
Blair Butler rocks. She’s the real deal when it comes to fangirls. Glad to see her working with Marvel.
That’s because there isn’t as much ageism and weightism in comics as there is in Hollywood.
They should recruit Grace Randolph to come back and do this.
She was the mascot for everything Marvel.com. Hell of a good looker, and not to mention witty and charming.
