Paige Turco has joined CW pilot The 100, based on Alloy’s books. Set 97 years after a nuclear war destroyed civilization, it revolves around 100 juvenile delinquents sent back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet. Turco, repped by Gersh and One Entertainment, plays Abby, mother of Clarke (played by Eliza Taylor) and the authoritative chief medical officer of The Ark space station.
Young British actress Sarah Winter has been cast in The CW pilot The Selection. She plays Ashley Brovillette, a naïve young woman who is overjoyed to be chosen by lottery as one of the contestants for The Selection competition.
Tamsin Egerton has been cast as a regular in The List, Fox‘s drama pilot from Paul Zbyszewski, Ruben Fleischer and 20th TV. The project centers on the intense Deputy U.S. Marshal Soto (Michael Peña) who, when members of the Federal Witness Security Program start getting killed, leads the hunt for the person who stole “the list” – a file with the identities of every member of the program. Egerton, repped by WME, Anonymous and UK’s Independent, plays Maddie Soto’s ex-wife and the mother of his two kids, a psychologist.
David Harbour has been added to Fox’s comedic drama pilot Rake. Based on the Australian series, Rake, from the original series’ creator Peter Duncan, Peter Tolan and Sony TV, follows the chaotic and comedic life of criminal defense lawyer Keegan Joye (Greg Kinnear), brilliant, frustratingly charming, and with zero filter. Harbour, repped by ICM Partner and Principal Entertainment, plays David Potter, the bane of Keegan’s life — a scrupulously honest tax attorney determined to prove Keegan hasn’t been paying his taxes. He was cast as a guest in the pilot with a series regular option.

The Hundred sounds like it would be a pretty cool TV show. I hope The CW picks it up. I would also like to see them pick up The Selection.
Turco is underappreciated and has been absent from the small screen for too long. The CW is lucky to get her. She has all kinds of talent and it’s wrapped up in a beautiful package, as well.
Agreed. She is terrific in her recurring role on Person of Interest. I hope that does not go away with this deal.
That’s my thought as well – her Zoe Morgan on ‘Person of Interest’ is a character I’d hate to lose.
Totally agree. I love her as Zoe on Person of Interest. Even when it’s a small cameo, she lights up the screen.
I would love to see Turco as a regular on a new show. Have been enjoying her on “Person of Interest” and also think they should use her more.
Paige is a multi-talented person who can do justice to any role she takes on. She has become a seasoned actor that you can take to the bank.
She has been great in Person Of Interest, as Zoe Morgan ,Blue Bloods and will do justice to the upcoming “100″. I am waiting for her academy award role in the near future. Keep plowing forward Paige. PY
