But the interesting part comes about 4:20 in, where he says that neither hedge fund manager Dan Loeb, who has vigorously criticized Sony Entertainment, nor actor George Clooney, who called Loeb a “carpetbagger,” understand how the business works. “Some of these companies are extremely bloated and spend money on relationships,” Kutcher says.
