E!‘s new programming chief Jeff Olde has added another member to its senior executive team. Noah Pollack has been named SVP, Programming & Development. Working alongside Damla Dogan and reporting to Olde, Pollack will oversee unscripted series development and original programming. Pollack, who comes from Lifetime where he served as VP, Reality Programming, starts in the fall. “Noah’s instinctive ability to tap into the cultural zeitgeist and create shows that harness that spirit is perfectly suited to our pop culture brand,” Olde said. Pollack’s appointment follows last week’s promotions as Olde continues to build up his programming team. At Lifetime, Pollack oversaw the development and production of Pretty Wicked Moms, The Week The Women Went and The Houstons: On Our Own. He previously was VP, Series Development & Original Programming, at VH1 where he launched Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew, Basketball Wives and Tough Love, and he also served as manager, Alternative Series & Specials at USA Network.
