EXCLUSIVE: Producers Deborah Spera and Maria Grasso and their One-Two Punch Prods have closed a two-year first-look deal at ITV Studios America, the U.S.-based division of the ITV-owned British production company. The pact, which will have the duo develop new projects for ITV Studios, including formats from the ITV library, comes on the heels of a strong selling season for One-Two Punch, which has set up five projects at Fox, NBC and ABC, with a sixth close to a deal. Former Lifetime and OWN executive Grasso and former Mark Gordon Prods president Spera, who met while working together on the Mark Gordon Prods’ Lifetime series Army Wives, teamed up to launch One-Two Punch in June 2011. For the past two seasons, the company was under a deal at Sony TV. Here are details on the five sold One-Two Punch Prods projects:

Fox’s Take Down: drama written by Joe Webb, which tells the story of the Eden Prairie, IL, the small town that housed one of the biggest frauds in American history.

ABC’s Love Is: drama written by Ryan Tavlin, which explores the tenuous and complex dynamic of love and dating through two radio hosts with diametrically opposing views.

ABC’s Counting Backwards, also written by Ryan Tavlin: the drama centers on a lovable loser who, after being diagnosed with a rare terminal illness, moves back home to start living the good life that he should have been all along and starts writing a novel about the end of the world.

NBC’s untitled comedy, written by Richard Murphy, revolves around retirement-aged men and women still searching for love, financial security and a place to call their own in the hip community of Silverlake, CA.

NBC’s Richochet, co-priduced with Tripp Vinson: thriller drama written by Micah Barnett about a professional hitman who is trapped in a coma and forced to serve as a guinea pig for a secret NSA espionage program.

Spera is repped by WME and Myman Greenspan; Grasso is with WME and Hansen, Jacobson.
