A down-on-his luck salesman gets a strange phone that sets him on a series of 13 tasks, each more sinister — and lucrative — than the last. Mark Webber stars in director Daniel Stamm’s 13 Sins, which had its world premiere Friday at SXSW as a Midnighters. Rutina Wesley, Devon Graye, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Richard Burgi, Tom Bower, Ron Perlman co-star in the Radius-TWC pic, which Stamm (The Last Exorcism) scripted with David Birke.
