News reports say the Delaware court has ruled against Liberty Media's John Malone in his effort to block Barry Diller from splitting InterActiveCorp into multiple companies. Well, at least Malone managed to land some down 'n' dirty jabs at Barry during this month's court proceeding. The only problem now is for shareholders who will continue to watch Barry run IAC just like he did Hollywood studios years before: any damn way he wants to. Any time Malone loses a lawsuit is a good day!
He’s the monster responsible for the current media mess, as he’s the one who demanded a piece of a network in exchange for carrying that net on his cable systems.
Cable TV is so way overpriced because of him.
The original AT&T, under Mike Armstrong was destroyed when Malone sold TCI to AT&T & then Malone did his usual behavior, he stabbed Armstrong in the back!
It turned out that TCI was a barely functioning system, which AT&T would have know if they had just asked it’s customers about how rotten TCI’s service & employees were!
