• Looks great. What’s the budget on those episodes? Look like feature films. Good for them for continuing to pump out great content, when others are cutting back.

• It seems like Jack Bauer will never get a break. I’m a huge fan of this show but I’m not excited about this one for some reason. Too much of the same thing. I maybe surprised though. I’m sure it’ll be another great series for 2010 regardless.

• 24 consistently delivers on the action and tension. Looking forward to this season, hope it’s a good send-off for Jack, because I keep hearing that this is it for the 21st Century Captain America.

• I am a loyal “24″ watcher, it is by far the best program on TV. It is one of only two programs I never miss. The writing is superb and the episodes are so explosive that I have purchased the box set of all of the seasons. It is unlike anything I have ever seen on network TV. And, yes, when is the movie coming out???

• Just once, I wish 24 could start a season slow and build up to something big. Give us some tension, some build-up. The writers think it must be all hardcore, full-on explosions in the first 5 mins of the first episode. There’s been a lost opportunity a number of times the last few seasons to show the human side of the characters and focus on them rather than the cliched terrorist plots.
  It’s all over now for 24, so the lost opportunity has been lost forever.
