What’s worse, a lack of experience at the V.P. spot, or a lack of experience on the top of the ticket? Just keep glazing over that one, liberals. That’s fantastic logic. Keep plugging away at her.
The other night Letterman was taunting Anne Hathaway about her ‘former boyfriend’; he kept plugging away at the embezzlement etc – and she showed class, good humor and patience (something Letterman sorely lacks these days).
Its not the lack of experience everyone is talking about, it’s a lack of KNOWLEDGE. Obama/Biden know whats happening and the right path to take. McCain wants to continue down the same failing road while Sarah Palin just doesn’t understand the issues yet. Not her fault, she was thrust into this. She’s a good and smart person, but just not ready for the job she’s going for.

The former. But let’s be realistic – Obama appears to comprehend the issues, has been groomed for the position for (a mere 4 ) years…while Palin is just playing Marge Gunderson every week.
Palin’s lovely, seems sincere, but her being tapped for VP borders on insulting, certainly in the pantheon of VP selections. Case in point? Hiding from interviews after her selection – and her current slate of NO interviews with a month to play. Speaks volumes.
Obama may “lack” some supposed clear-cut set of experiences everyone keeps hammering on. He surely has a comparable equivalent to Ms. Palin when it comes to terms of elected office. But while she was busy transferring from one college to another, competing in beauty pageants and pursuing fame as a broadcast journalist, Obama was busy cultivating a top tier education in international relations and Constitutional law and working on the ground in diverse communities, all as a capstone to a life spent gaining perspective on the world beyond our own borders.
You can nitpick governmental resumes all you want. But face it, when it comes to “worldview” and knowledge and vision on the issues, she’s as shallow as a puddle where he is as deep as the ocean.
? What’s sexist about that? So if someone criticizes a woman, it’s sexist? That’s a pathetic view. He never said nor implied that she is a bad choice because of her gender. Women aren’t that delicate that they can’t take a little criticism, and to think that they are is … sexist.
It still amazes me how relevant P.T. Barnum is today. Obama has taken his ‘there’s a sucker born every minute’ mantra and repackaged it as ‘there’s a sucker born every SECOND’. Man, when are you guys going to see through the b.s. coming out of his mouth.
Give it up. If I didn’t cre about this country I’d want him to get elected just t see the destruction he’d inflict on America. Unfortunately that’d hurt me and his disciples would blame it all on Bush and Republicans anyways (blind idiots).
Will Letterman be making some under age sexual jokes about Obama’s kids the same way he did about Sarah’s daughter, Willow while they were taking in a Yankee’s game? I think not… his show would be canceled before you can spend 2 trillion dollars which happens pretty quickly these days. It is disgusting to to make children a butt of a (really bad) joke, let alone a sexual one, but does any liberal out there see the double standard here? Give me a break!
They are both wrong. SHUT UP! She is doing everything to get attention and he should shut up about peoples kids. Even if he was talking about the 18 year old. Why make fun of someone for getting knocked up. So dumb but then again, he makes jokes for a living, duh! This is getting much more attention than it deserves, on both ends.

Sadly, Dave just makes himself look like an intemperate, abusive sexist Ass…
Cher was right.
Yes, youbetcha, Gary put it perfectly!

There’s a difference between experience and qualifications – all this thing is qualified to do is throw mud. Go back to Alaska and obscurity you pox.
