• Here’s the truth – Harvey W. tries to curry favor with certain agents so he “encourages” actors to leave their reps for people he thinks might do a better job. He’s been working on Rob since Chicago. ICM had to fly into NYC several times during post to save Rob way back when. It was all just a matter of time.
  Did Rob leave BECAUSE of Harvey? No. But he helped.

• I agree with Bobby W and Nikki’s original source. I’ve BEEN on sets where Harvey has put down an actor’s agent and tried to get that actor to move. Sometimes it’s Endeavor, sometimes CAA. He and Jeff Berg have a pretty contentious relationship so, I’d say he less likely to steer people to ICM. But the scary thing is, he uses everything he has to get close to power, and then he tries to control it.

• When Robert Newman ankled ICM for Endeavor (don’t you just hate that word–ankled? Good God, it’s pretentious) Harvey had no more reason to protect the agency. He and Jeff hate each other. He and Kamins had a pretty rocky relationship but at least there was mutual respect. No mas.
