The WGA needs to respond to this video. Everything the Studio Executive said is true to the point that this was ghostwritten by Nick Counter.

Does anyone else find it ironic that the linked internet video contains a John Lennon song that is not being paid for or given a proper screen credit?
The song was credited at the end of the video.
I would tend to agree that they would have been better off using music for which they had permission (as some other videos have credited with “used with permission”).
But at least they’re not making a profit from people watching the video.
