ICM has become quite the joke these days. The last 5 years has been like watching a passenger jet at 30k feet separately lose each of its engines…then wings…then tail, as it is headed for the mountainside.
Those new owners really know how to drive a company into the ground…and not how to keep agents/clients.
Good move. Becker is a real talent and will eventually branch beyond comedy into deeper material which is where his real talent lies. remember he was a successful novelist first before making his name as a comedy director
Walt Becker’s “Link” should definitely be made into a movie! I was captivated from the first page to the last page. Walt is an excellent writer as well as producer! My whole family and I went to see Wild Hogs and found that we haven’t laughed that hard in years. My wife, bless her soul, does not have a sense of humor and never laughs…she laughed so hard that I had to watch her instead. Walt, keep up the good work. You are definitely my favorite author!
