Rules Of Engagement regular Adhir Kalyan has been cast as a lead in NBC’s untitled Robert Padnick/Greg Daniels comedy pilot, from 3 Arts and Universal TV. Kalyan will play one of the friends, Matt’s roommate Arthur, the “ladies man” of the group who shares all of his bro tips with Matt to get him laid. Kalyan’s casting is technically in second position to Rules, which appears unlikely to continue but has not been cancelled. He joins Rules co-star Patrick Warburton who also booked a pilot. South African Kalyan, repped by Thruline, Abrams Artists and Jeff Bernstein, also starred on the CW’s Aliens In America and recurred on FX’s Nip/Tuck. READ MORE »
