Leslie Bibb To Star In NBC Comedy Pilot ‘Love Is Relative’

lesliebibbGCB alumna Leslie Bibb has been cast as the female lead in Love Is Relative, NBC’s single-camera comedy pilot from writer Dan Mazer, co-writer of the Sacha Baron Cohen films Borat and Bruno. The project, from 20th TV, Tom Werner’s Good Humor TV and 3 Arts’ Tom Lassally, centers on a wife (Bibb) and husband who begin to see their marriage in a whole new way after her newly divorced brother moves in. Bibb’s Rose is a strong-willed, opinionated, fearless, wry-humored, “say anything” kind of woman and the mother of 6-year-old Maggie and 18-month-old Dylan. Bibb is repped by ICM Partners and John Carrabino Management.

Rob Corddry, Leslie Bibb To Star In ‘Hell Baby’, Co-Directing Debut Of Lennon & Garant

Darko Entertainment and Principato-Young will produce Hell Baby, a comedy scripted by Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant that will mark the co-directing debut of the Night At The Museum writers. Rob Corddry and Leslie Bibb will star as an expectant couple that moves in to the most haunted fixer-upper in New Orleans. They call upon The Vatican’s elite exorcism team to save them from a demonic baby. Lennon and Garant will play the Vatican squad.

Sean McKittrick, Jeff Culotta and Ted Hamm will produce with Peter Principato and Paul Young. CAA will sell the film. Lennon and Garant are represented by CAA and Principato-Young, Corddry by WME and Principato-Young, and Bibb by ICM and manager John Carrabino.

‘Entourage’s Jerry Ferrara Hops Fright Flight ‘7500’

Entourage‘s Jerry Ferrara has joined the cast of the Takashi Shimizu-directed CBS Films thriller 7500. He stars with Ryan Kwanten, Amy Smart, Leslie Bibb, Jamie Chung, Christian Serratos, and Scout Taylor-Compton. It is Ferrara’s second film since the end of the HBO series, after he landed Screen Gems’ Think Like a Man, which stars Kevin Hart, Taraji P Henson, Michael Ealy, and Gabrielle Union. Ferrara isn’t done with TV, as he’s attaching to produce several projects. He’s repped by WME and Leverage.

CBS Films Sets Cast For ’7500′, Thriller By ‘Grudge’ Helmer Takashi Shimizu

CBS Films has set Leslie Bibb, True Blood’s Ryan Kwanten and Amy Smart to star in 7500, a thriller that will be directed by The Grudge helmer Takashi Shimizu. The focus is a group of passengers who encounter what appears to be a supernatural force while on a transpacific flight. The film begins shooting later this month.

Kwanten and Smart play a married couple and Bibb is a flight attendant on Vista Pacific Flight 7500. The film will cast up quickly. Craig Rosenberg wrote the script, and Shimizu is reteaming with Grudge producer Taka Ichise, who’s producing with The Ring producer Roy Lee. John Middleton and Tracy McGrath are exec producers. Bibb’s repped by ICM, Kwanten by CAA and Orly Adelson, Smart by Gersh.

Leslie Bibb Set As The Lead In ABC’s ‘Bitches’, Jennifer Ehle To Star In CBS Pilot

Leslie Bibb has been tapped for the lead in ABC’s dramedy pilot Good Christian Bitches, from ABC Studios, Kapital Entertainment, writer-exec producer Robert Harling and exec producer Darren Star. Based on Kim Gatlin’s book, it centers on Amanda (Bibb), a recently divorced mother of two who moves back to the affluent  neighborhood where she grew up to find herself in the whirling midst of gossip, Botox and fraud. Crossing Jordan alumna Bibb, repped by ICM and manager John Carrabino, co-starred in the two Iron Man movies. She will next be seen in the feature comedy Zookeeper. Bibb joins previously cast Jennifer Aspen and Annie Potts.

The King’s Speech co-star Jennifer Ehle is set as the female lead opposite Patrick Wilson in CBS’ untitled Susannah Grant drama pilot. Jonathan Demme is directing he supernatural medical drama, from CBS TV Studios and Timberman/Beverly, which centers on an ultra-competitive surgeon (Wilson) whose life is changed forever when his ex-wife (Ehle), a doctor running a free clinic, dies and begins teaching him what life is all about from the here-after. UPDATE: Relativity Media has announced a four year foreign output deal with Tripictures. Tripictures will oversee the distribution of Relativity-produced features in Spain. This includes films Relativity is actively developing, producing, financing and distributing.

EARLIER: The Berlin press releases are flying today for films being sold at the market. Summit Entertainment, Lakeshore Entertainment Group and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment announced that Amanda Seyfried will star in Gone, a thriller to be directed by Heitor Dhalia from a script by Allison Burnett. Lakeshore and Sierra/Affinity are selling at the European Film Market…Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions and Samuel Goldwyn Films are partnering on U.S. distribution rights for A Good Old Fashioned Orgy, which will be directed by Pete Huyck and Alex Gregory from their script. Jason Sudeikis, Tyler Labine, Leslie Bibb, Will Forte and Lucy Punch head the cast. Essential Entertainment is selling international sales at Berlin.
