Hope Davis & Margarita Levieva To Star In NBC Drama Pilot ‘Coercion’

davislevievaHope Davis and Margarita Levieva are set as the female leads opposite Gavin Stenhouse in the NBC drama pilot Coercion. Based on the Israeli format The Gordin Cell, the project hails from Universal Television and Keshet Media Group, which is behind the original series. Written-directed by George Nolfi, the high-octane thriller revolves around the O’Connor family and their extremely intelligent son, Alex (Stenhouse), a decorated American war hero and newly minted CIA analyst who is a true patriot and loves his country and family. Unbeknownst to him, his father, his mother (Davis) and his sister (Levieva) are part of a dormant Russian sleeper cell that has just been reactivated. Davis’ Katya is described as your average Brooklyn mother who, under the surface, is sexy, dangerous, tough, smart and ready to do anything to protect her family. Levieva’s Natalie is also described as sexy and tough, often too smart for her own good and a bit of a wild child. All O’Connors will speak some Russian, which will come natural to Levieva, who was born and grew up in the Russian part of Soviet Union before emigrating with her family to the U.S. at age 11 when, also appropriately for the show, they settled in Brooklyn, NY. Margarita Levieva Signs Deal To Return To ABC’s ‘Revenge’

EXCLUSIVE: With her pivotal cameo in the final minutes of the Revenge freshman-season finale that threw a wrench into Emily Thorne’s budding romance with Jack Porter, it is no surprise that we will be seeing more of Amanda Clarke next season. Margarita Levieva, who plays the troubled girl that once switched identities with Emily/Amanda (Emily VanCamp), has closed a deal to appear in a minimum of seven of the first 14 episodes of Revenge‘s second season. Levieva, who started off as a guest star on the show last season, ended up doing a total of 10 episodes. She is with UTA and the Collective.

Michael Gambon Upped To Regular On ‘Luck’, Margarita Levieva Joins As Recurring

EXCLUSIVE: Michael Gambon, who is recurring on the current freshman season of HBO’s Michael Mann/David Milch drama Luck, has been upped to a regular for Season 2. Also joining the upcoming second season of the horse-racing drama is Margarita Levieva in a major recurring role. Gambon, who made his debut on Luck in Episode 4, plays the mythical Mike, an adversary of Dustin Hoffman’s Ace Bernstein. Levieva, repped by The Collective and UTA, will play Sarah Israel, the sister of Nathan Israel, who is pleyed by recurring guest star (and star of USA’s Suits) Patrick J. Adams. Levieva continues her major recurring role on another series, ABC’s freshman Revenge, where she plays a troubled girl who switched identities with the lead character, Emily Thorn/Amanda Clark (Emily VanCamp).
