CAA Signs Reality TV’s Rachel Zoe

EXCLUSIVE: Stylist/designer Rachel Zoe has signed with CAA. She was with WME. Zoe toplines her own reality series, The Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo, which is in its fifth season. She also has ventured into producing through her Rachel Zoe Prods, executive producing Style Network’s upcoming series Resale Royalty, which premieres May 12. Zoe also sold a half-hour comedy based on her life to NBC earlier this season. Rachel Zoe Project Renewed Season 5Bravo Media has ordered a fifth season of The Rachel Zoe Project, starring the celebrity stylist and chronicling her professional and personal life. The docu-series is executive produced by Ken Druckerman, Banks Tarver, Angie Day, Zoe, Derek Wan of Left/Right Prods, and Charlie Corwin of Original Media.

Bravo Renews Several Series

Bravo has picked up new seasons from The Rachel Zoe Project (season four), Flipping Out (season five ), Work of Art: The Next Great Artist (season two) and The Millionaire Matchmaker (season five). After getting married last year, the newly titled series, Bethenny Ever After, is back for a second season, which will premiere on Monday, Feb. 28 at 10 pm. Additionally, casting will begin on the ninth season of Top Chef and Top Chef Masters will return for a third season later this year with Curtis Stone as host.

Ratings Rat Race: 4 Cable Series Hit Highs

It was a strong night for USA, Oxygen and Bravo last night. USA’s new Tuesday drama Covert Affairs logged its largest ever adults 18-49 audience, 2.3 million, up 23% from last week. Its lead-in, White Collar, hit a season high in 18-49 (1.7 million).

Season 5 debut of Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club Miami broke the network’s premiere records in all key demos, including adults 18-49 (911,000). It drew 1.4 million total viewers. The third season premiere of Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project hit a series high in total viewers with 976,000, up 42% from the second-season debut.
